Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist our clients in verifying their information for the purpose of getting approved for an installment loan. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to make and receive calls from individuals who have applied for a loan with our company. Your main tasks will involve helping customers understand the loan application process, explaining loan repayment plans, and verifying customers’ financial status to ensure they meet the requirements for a loan. It is important that you possess strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills, as you will often need to handle difficult situations. A minimum of one year of experience in customer service and account maintenance is required. Compliance with federal regulations in all outbound calls is a must. Strong communication skills, proficiency in English at a B2 level, and experience with office software are also desirable qualities we are looking for.

– Update customer information and ensure accuracy of records
– Call individuals who have applied for a loan
– Assist clients with any customer service inquiries
– Handle conflict resolution and de-escalate conflicts over the phone
– Perform follow-up calls to customers

Please note that this position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in English at a B2 level, and experience with office software.
