Job Description

The successful candidate must be social and analytical, possess an aptitude for learning, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Customer Success Specialist should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our customer base.

What you will be doing:

  • Identifying opportunities by forming close business relationships with key accounts and high profile individuals
  • Build long term customer relationships with a “consultative” sales approach
  • Exceeding assigned sales targets and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct customer training
  • Attend to customer issues and resolve them with support and development teams.
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction level at all times keeping with the company standards

Must Haves:

  • Qualified in SLIM,CIM,CIMA, Business/Marketing Degree or equivalent
  • Having experience in Payments, Point of Sales or IT solution based selling; knowledge of market behavior, products, opportunities
  • 2+ years experience in sales, Account Management, Relationship Management or a similar role
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Can do attitude and a go-getter
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong command in English

Selected candidates will work on US work hours and can expect an attractive remuneration

package with other corporate fringe benefits.
