Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual, with excellent communication skills, to join our Asia team, based in Sri Lanka. You will be responsible for ensuring customer success for users and potential users of the embodee platform, and supporting them in their digital product creation journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of brands and suppliers around Asia, and play a key role in business growth and development.

The position is on a work from home basis with onsite customer visits and frequent travel around Asia.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Play a key role in the business growth plan, work with the sales team to identify and successfully onboard potential customers
  • Communicate with potential customers and identify pain points that the embodee platform can assist with
  • Regular check-ins with current customers
  • Aid in the platform’s development by suggesting improvements and managing feature requests from clients. Prioritize and communicate these effectively with the development team
  • Liaise with the team in the US and Europe to answer customers’ technical questions
  • Assist with training demands and requirements
  • Prepare assets for demos and other presentations
  • Travel to Vietnam, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and other Asia regions for meetings with current customers and to conduct training/demos with new customers
  • Work with the rest of the team to expand and manage our education partnerships

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Design experience/knowledge and an understanding of the 3D workflow
  • 4+ years’ experience in the apparel industry
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated with a desire to learn
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-driven and trustworthy
  • 3D experience is a bonus
