Job Description

At appiGo we are looking for an individual to join our Customer Support team to join our growing team to drive customer onboarding and customer success who will challenge the status quo, work for the benefit of fellow colleagues and strive towards perfection everyday.

About appiGo

About Responsibilities

  • Help customer to have a smooth onboarding experience to appiGo
  • Carefully set up the menu’s of customers in the system.
  • Take on a newly-activated accounts and begin nurturing relationships 
  • Be responsible in developing and managing customer portfolios throughout the customer lifecycle
