Job Description

Customer Support Executive

The Customer Support Executive is responsible for providing aid and support to end-users experiencing issues with our software product. This role requires problem-solving skills and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure efficient resolution of reported issues.


  • Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or chat and gather relevant information to assess the nature of the issue.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to systems and the software application.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams, documenting all actions taken and communication with the client.
  • Assist in account management and ensure quality customer support for the client.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems and effective communication of status updates to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and relevant documentation.
  • Become a domain and product expert, ensuring progressive career growth.


  • A great communicator with proficiency in English
  • Freshers who have a flair for communication and customer handling are encouraged to apply.
  • Having completed a degree in IT or Business Management will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of practical experience in a customer support role will be an added advantage.
  • A flexible approach to work under pressure and ensuring completion of tasks is of paramount importance.
  • The selected candidate should be willing to work remotely on a roster of shifts (US/UK/AUS).
