The Opportunity

Applova is a thriving tech startup headquartered in Silicon Valley and we’re looking for a Customer Support Manager to join our growing team. The Customer Support Manager is responsible for the support and onboarding function at Applova. You are customer-oriented and passionate about customer service. You have excellent leadership, team building, and communication skills.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing the customer support department’s day-to-day functions
  • Analyzing statistics and compiling accurate reports
  • Developing client engagement strategies
  • Conducting and coordinating training for the teams on all new products, procedures, and trends
  • Managing and improving the quality of customer calls and services

Must Haves

  • Experience in managing customer support and customer service teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Training skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Able to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in using issue tracking systems

Work hours will be US daytime. Selected candidates can expect an excellent remuneration package along with other corporate fringe benefits.
