Job Description

We are looking for engineers to be part of a talented, mission driven team that is striving to provide top-notch support for our existing SaaS clients. Job Description:

  • Read and write SQL queries of small to medium length to locate and resolve database errors.
  • Work collaboratively with local and geographically dispersed team members.
  • Investigate and resolve customer submitted data quality issues.
  • Triaging and resolving the Salesforce tickets on a daily basis using Postgres
  • Resolve issues using PHP if there are any configuration changes.
  • Coordinating and discussing the issues with other team members and escalate it to other teams if required by creating Jira tickets
  • Answer frequently asked questions and redirect the user to the appropriate resource material.
  • Taking timely follow ups with respective teams to know the issue statuses

Must have expertise in the following:

  • Postgres knowledge is must
  • Experience working from a Linux command-line.
  • Experience reading and writing complex SQL/Postgres queries
  • Experience working with AWS Console, GitHub, JIRA,
  • Experience manipulating large data files through Linux command tools such as grep, awk, or sed.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills to convey complex technical issues to appropriate audiences correctly for action or education
  • Creative and efficient problem solver.
  • Experience working with Git and Github to manage code
  • Good communication skills

Experience with some of the following is a plus:

  • JIRA, Salesforce
