We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with 3-5 years of Sri Lanka inbound travel experience to join our team as a Destination Specialist.
As a Destination Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our company by promptly, competently, and professionally responding to customer inquiries. Your expertise in luxury resorts, particularly in the Maldives, will be essential in converting these inquiries into bookings. Meeting monthly sales targets and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
What Spells You’ll Need in Your Grimoire:
· A genuine passion for travel and a deep understanding of luxury resorts in the Maldives.
· Proven experience of 3-5 years in the Sri Lanka inbound travel industry.
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, that can mesmerize audiences and win hearts.
· Fluency in any other language would be an added advantage.
· Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
· Willingness to commute to our Colombo 04 office.
