Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing/Client Servicing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients, understanding their business goals, designing effective digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns.
The salary range for this role is Rs. 45,00 – 150,00.
? What you’ll do:
1. Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing customised digital marketing solutions.
2. Manage end-to-end digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
3. Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Creative, etc.) to implement digital strategies.
4. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
5. Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
6. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
7. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
8. Maintain client communication, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
