Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads.
2. Plan and execute creative and engaging digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising.
3. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
4. Manage social media channels, create compelling content, and engage with our online community to build brand loyalty and drive customer engagement.
5. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings.
6. Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives.
7. Identify emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing and propose innovative ideas to stay ahead of the competition.
8. Monitor industry best practices and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and make strategic recommendations.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and continuously expand your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and tools.
4. Experience in managing social media channels, including content creation and community engagement.
5. Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience in optimizing websites for search engines.
6. Proficient in using digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
8. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
9. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
