Job Description

Muslim Aid is an International Relief & Development Agency, working to alleviate suffering among the world’s poorest & most needy communities regardless of race, creed, or nationality. Muslim Aid deploys long-term development projects in thematic areas such as livelihood, education, child support, water and sanitation, health, housing and shelter, to tackle the root causes of poverty.


  • Implementing projects that support the education & youth development. 
  • Providing information on best education & youth development practices. 
  • Managing the projects of education & youth facilities to ensure the quality. 
  • Organizing training programs & workshops to guide the students & youths. 
  • Involving in the formulation of education & youth policies.


  • Master’s Degree or equivalent qualification in educational development or related sector.
  • A minimum of 05 years working experience in the NGO, social work or related field.
  • Experience in education and youth development is an added advantage.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in coordinating with related stakeholders on the ground. 
  • Experience in leading youth development projects.
  • Hands on experience in developing project reports in related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably communicate in Tamil language as well. 
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
