Enterprise Account Manager
These roles will be responsible for establishing and building relationships with our key clients, from the junior level all the way up to the CXO level.
The selected candidates will be spending a lot of time at client locations and will take ownership of issues and challenges on behalf of our four clients to address and resolve them by leveraging the extended SIT team.
While the minimum qualifications are given below, depending on their seniority and experience, the selected applicants will be offered an appropriate designation, hierarchical placement, and remuneration.
QUALIFICATIONS
§ A minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in the ICT industry
§ A degree or equivalent professional qualification is preferred, but not mandatory
JOB ROLE EXPECTATIONS
§ To work with the IT Presales team to build a high-value opportunity pipeline by understanding client requirements and translating them into project opportunities
§ To be responsible for generating revenue and profit from the allocated Accounts
§ To build client perception of IT and take proactive remedial steps in the event of issues to maintain client satisfaction.
