Scope of Work

Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and requirements. Offer creative suggestions and develop event concepts aligned with their vision.
Create detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination. Ensure all logistics, such as venue selection, decor, catering, and entertainment, are meticulously organized.
Negotiate with, and manage relationships with various vendors, including florists, decorators, caterers, and audiovisual technicians. Ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of services.
Oversee all aspects of event execution, including setup, decor, guest management, and troubleshooting.
Supervise and coordinate event staff, including decorators, waitstaff, and other event personnel.

Requirements

Proven 3 years experience as an Event Manager or similar role, preferably in the wedding industry.
Fully or partially qualified with a degree in business management, event management, or equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institution.
Excellent organizational and planning abilities with leadership & communication skills, dynamic energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail, trends, and innovative event design.
