Job Description

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following position at Enfection located in Kotte, Sri Lanka. This vacancy is for an onsite, full-time position.

Here are some of the responsibilities you need to get your hands on;

Candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital marketing operations for certain key client accounts including;

  1. Assist in managing social media channels for clients.
  2. Ability to create and present marketing campaigns and strategies to achieve client objectives.
  3. Analyzing various campaign data to help clients optimize their marketing funnels.
  4. Prepare weekly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns.
  5. Lead brainstorming sessions with teammates for various client requirements.
  6. Develop and monitor campaign budgets for clients.
  7. Have a keen eye for internal as well as client KPIs.
  8. Mediator between client and internal departments.
  9. Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly.
  10. Identifying and keeping on top of the latest trends and technologies affecting clients.

Key Skills/Experience

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end.
  3. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  4. Good command of English in both communication and presentation skills.
  5. A creative thinker.  
  6. A creative problem solver.
  7. Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs.
  8. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  9. Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive.
  10. Solid understanding of different marketing techniques.
  11. Working knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  12. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Management, Marketing, or related field.
  13. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing-related role.
