Principal Accountabilities

  • Manage and maintain the Chairman’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and coordinate documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences of Chairman and BOD.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and respond or redirect them as appropriate.
  • Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making processes.
  • General administrative work and handling  confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Build and manage chairman’s executive office team to drive Lassana Group vision and aspirations.


  • Degree from a recognized university or professional qualification from a relevant field of study.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or similar role preferably in a dynamic expansion/startup environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, anticipating the needs of the Chairman and the BOD.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
