What this job involves:
✓ Leading on-site operations Pro at giving on-site support. Working with a team, oversee the day-to-day client activities for the assigned properties or facilities. Implement building procedures and performance measures—and ensure that they are always maintained. Boost on-site operations by promoting best practices and creating better processes. Promoting adherence to health and safety standards.
✓ Winning our clients’ trust Working frequently with clients, so you’ll need to build strong relationships with them. Proactive and engaging; and make sure that the clients’ expectations are met each and every time. Should be the go-to person for any facilities-related concerns.
✓ Keeping an eye on budget and contracts Solid background in finance management. Responsible of the site’s financial operations. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and make sure that they deliver quality work practices according to the contract, and at the right cost.
✓ Promoting teamwork across the board Excellence in working with teams. Support our people’s growth and development through effective training and coaching sessions. Promote a culture that upholds the ‘I am JLL’ core behaviors and fosters teamwork, cooperation and performance excellence. Ensure that the team is constantly motivated, and that trust and work ethics prevail among members.

✓Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
✓ Two years’ experience of managing a property as Facility Manager/Maintenance Engineer. Experience in managing commercial contracts and budgets will add value.
✓ Need to be a goal-oriented individual who’s an ace in health and safety requirements, vendor management and property technical systems management
✓ We’re looking for a self-motivated and quick-thinking facilities manager who can solve problems using quantitative methods and holistic approaches. Well-organized leaders who plan tasks in advance and constantly stay ahead of deadlines.
