We are a recruitment company. One of our clients is looking for a Finance Executive for a reputed BPO Company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing bookkeeping files for Australian SMEs, corporates, and accounting practices
• Preparing business activity statements
• Preparation of weekly, fortnightly, and month-end payroll
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Carrying out bank reconciliation for all relevant accounts
• Assisting with the preparation of BAS, CGT, and FBT
• Managing the Fixed Asset Register
• Analyzing account data and generating reports as requested
• Liaising with Australian clients for daily operational queries
• Preparing month-end management reports
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Fully qualified in ACCA/CIMA/CA or CPA
• Minimum 18 to 24 months of experience in Accounting for the Australian region
• Experience in working with XERO, MYOB, and other accounting software
• Sound knowledge of payroll
• Good communication skills and experience in speaking to overseas clients
• Attention to detail and being task-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure with good analytical skills
• A good team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
• Previous BPO experience is an advantage
