Job Description

Finance Executive

We are looking for a positive, engaged, well-disciplined, work-hard, and play-hard professional who is ready to work with our Finance team. As a Finance Executive, the candidate will be managing the daily finance workflow of providing conveyancing services.

Responsibilities

Post payment/purchase vouchers, journal entries, receipts, etc in the accounting software.
Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly financial statements and related schedules.
Bank reconciliation statements.
Support month-end and year-end closure processes.
Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and in hard copy format.
Payroll processing and superannuation.
Any other tasks allocated by the respective manager.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree or part qualification in CA, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA.
A minimum of 02 years experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping, and Reconciliation.
Sound knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
Experience in Tally is an added advantage.
A team player with a positive attitude.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
