Intrepid Travel, the world’s largest travel B Corp, is currently seeking a Finance Systems Support role to join their dynamic global finance team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for monitoring daily operations, assisting with system interfaces, providing user support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the finance systems. This is a full-time permanent position based in their office in Colombo, with some work-from-home days.
Preferred qualifications for this role include 4+ years of experience in a finance/systems process role, an undergraduate degree in Finance/Business or part qualifications in ICASL/CIMA/ACCA, experience in documenting end user training manuals, familiarity with accounting packages (ideally Dynamics 365) or similar ERP systems, experience in understanding and documenting workflow, and experience in data migration projects or other integrations relating to a Finance System.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines. Alignment with Intrepid’s core values of integrity, innovation, fun, passion, growth, and responsibility is also important.
