We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Planner to join our team at LOLC Insurance. As a Financial Planner, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals by providing them with comprehensive financial planning advice and solutions.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct thorough financial assessments of clients’ current financial situations, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and risk tolerance.

– Analyze clients’ financial goals and objectives to develop personalized financial plans.

– Provide expert advice on investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, and risk management.

– Collaborate with clients to develop realistic and achievable financial goals.

– Educate clients on various investment options and recommend suitable investment products based on their risk profile and financial objectives.

– Monitor clients’ financial progress regularly and make necessary adjustments to their financial plans as needed.

– Stay updated with the latest market trends, investment products, tax laws, and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.

– Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.

– Collaborate with other departments within LOLC Insurance to ensure seamless delivery of financial planning services.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)

– Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or equivalent certification.

– Proven experience as a Financial Planner, preferably in the insurance industry.

– In-depth knowledge of financial planning principles, investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, and risk management.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

– Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.

– High level of integrity and ethical standards.
