Responsibilities
– Sourcing profiles according to the job specifications, through online/offline channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Experience in End-to-End Recruitment for Blue Collar/ White Collar Hiring in Middle East, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
– Screening through calls in person interviews and following up on selection procedure.
– Coordination and Follow-up with the candidates.
– Actively building prospective candidate database updated; Maintain strong relationship with existing and building network of new candidates while ensuring high standards of service.
– Deliver consistent, high quality and professional level of service at all times
– Efficiently and effectively handle each call
Qualifications
– Hands on experience in End-to-End Recruitment for Blue/ White Collar Hiring.
– Experience Required: Minimum 1-3 years
– Education Required: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
