Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our company’s website and web applications. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive web solutions that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement website features and functionality using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries.
– Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
– Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
– Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, bug-free code.
– Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance user experience and overall website performance.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
– Maintain and update existing web applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
– Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
– Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of web projects.
– Proficient in front-end web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
– Experience with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP) and working knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) is a plus.
– Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
– Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
