Qualifications
You have an approachable personality and impeccable time management skills
Must have 1-5 years of experience
Strong ability to multitask
You also have a positive, optimistic attitude and an active interest in the company’s best interest
Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in English-language business writing
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
Prior experience in building management
Ability to troubleshoot general IT issues; video conferencing, Wi-Fi, battery power supply, etc
Responsibilities
Organize and document office operations and procedures; ensure these procedures are being followed by associates
Manage vendors/suppliers; agreements, invoices, etc
Coordinate with the IT team on all technical assets
Organize the office layout; order office supplies when needed
Assist with meeting setups; catering, supplies, security access, etc
Maintain documentation for audits
Assist with new employee onboarding
Full-time availability
