Job Description

Multiple vacancies available for the role of Front Office Coordinators at a Surgical Imports company located in Wattala.

Requirements

Candidates must have basic knowledge of MS-Office.
Should be fluent in English and have good communication and time management skills.

Duties on the job will be including but not restricted to the following:

Calling customers for Orders and Payments
Making Invoices and Purchase Orders
Coordinating with stores for readying and checking the orders before they are sent out
Looking for Tenders.
Applying for Tenders, and following up with the relevant authorities.
Training can be provided on the job.
Candidates with relevant experience will be greatly favored!
Looking for candidates with a proactive attitude and good organizational skills.
