- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the overall operations and strategic direction of Finwin Edu Campus. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the institution, including academic programs, faculty, student services, and administrative functions. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that promote excellence in education, enhance student experience, and ensure organisational success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the institution’s strategic plan, aligning it with the organisation’s mission, vision, and values. Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement in academic programs and services.
- Academic Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to faculty members and academic staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and research activities.
- Student Engagement: Oversee student services and support functions to enhance student experience and success. Implement initiatives to promote student engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Address student concerns and ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Financial Management: Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage the institution’s budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimise revenue generation and cost control.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, parents, alumni, industry partners, and regulatory bodies. Collaborate with external organisations to establish partnerships, internships, and placement opportunities for students.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and legal obligations. Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to uphold educational standards and maintain institutional accreditation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to staff members, promoting a positive work environment.
- Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the institution’s brand visibility and attract prospective students. Participate in promotional events, conferences, and industry forums to represent the institution.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Master’s Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline).
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the education sector, preferably in a higher education institution.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the finance and business management education landscape.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, financial management, and operational leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
