Founded by the Eutech Group and headquartered in Singapore, Agraganya is a profit-driven social enterprise; however, the company’s post-tax profits will be reinvested into its programmes.

At the forefront of Agraganya’s endeavors stands its flagship two-year immersive course, tailored for the brightest minds aged 16 to 20 from underserved communities. In addition, Agraganya aims to offer courses specifically designed to retrain and upskill workers. Both types of courses will adopt a hybrid approach, blending online and face-to-face learning experiences. The central focus of the curriculum revolves around empowering participants with the indispensable skills and knowledge essential for excelling in high-tech professions within the rapidly evolving Low Carbon Economy.

Our objective is to train 1,00 students within three years and then rapidly expand our reach to 100,00 students by 2030 across South America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East who will become CREATORS for the new low carbon economy. Starting from the second year, we will forge partnerships with global tech companies and organizations as well as venture capitalists, leveraging their ecosystem

Head of Curriculum

Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Head of Curriculum to lead the development and implementation of a world-class educational program. As the Head of Curriculum, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining global standards, creating innovative delivery methods for both on-site and online platforms, developing teachers to meet these standards, and ensuring that our program and delivery are nothing short of exceptional.

Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and direction for curriculum and instructional methods to ensure effective program delivery.
• Collaborate with the management team to set the academic vision and direction of the school.
• Lead and model best instructional practices for lecturers, including intervention and differentiation strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate academic support programs to meet students’ individual needs.
• Regularly analyze data to inform instructional decision-making and planning.
• Implement standards-based grading to ensure alignment with learning targets and mastery-based assessment.
• Identify professional goals for teachers and create personalized development plans to support their growth.
• Conduct evaluations of academic teachers to ensure quality instruction.
• Collaborate with staff to plan and negotiate curriculum changes and improvements.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and empowering environment for students and team members.
• Guide and provide content for the e-university in association with the lecturers.
• Review the online content and road map periodically and ensure continues improvement.
• Work with global partners to obtain accreditations for the programmes developed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Proven experience in curriculum development, teacher coaching and evaluation.
• Highly collaborative, results-oriented, adaptable, problem-solving and a self-starter.
• Previous experience in an entrepreneurial or dynamic higher education environment.
• Strong desire for rigorous professional development and coaching focused on continuous improvement and instructional effectiveness.
• Positive, thoughtful, passionate, articulate, motivating, and empowering demeanor with students and team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
