Job Description

Flix11 is currently in search of a proficient Head of Technical to collaborate with us on our journey of acquiring and maintaining a diverse and satisfied portfolio of clients. The Head of Technical shall bear the responsibility of designing, executing, and upholding secure solutions, whilst effectively leading a dynamic team of engineers.

THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information security engineering or a similar field.
Thorough knowledge of information security protocols, tools, and technologies.
Practical experience with Information Security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, ASM (Attack Surface Management), EDR, NDR etc.
Professional certification in any of the leading product certifications such as CISM or CISSPS
Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders.
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and ability to work with others towards a common goal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide team members towards success.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDE:

Devising, executing, and sustaining Information Security solutions, including SIEMs, Attack Surface Management, SOAR, and others.
Complete ownership of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for security solutions.
Keeping abreast of the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and exploits, and providing recommendations for minimizing potential risks.
Being available to work flexible hours or days as necessary.
Ability to travel and serve focused international markets.
Work with other group companies to improve information security aspects.
Team mentoring and knowledge sharing.
