To acquire resources and coordinate efforts of team members in order to mobilize project on time. To manage the operational areas in such a manner that guest satisfaction and budgeted profit margins are achieved and that a good company image is projected, thus ensuring continued growth and continuity. All done in line with contract
Education & Training:
Must hold BSc. degree in Hotel Management. Food safety degree or minimum HACCP level 4.
Must speak English fluently. Arabic language desirable. Excellent numeric and computing skills.
Must have a minimum eight (8) years of documented experience in Food Service operation and
administration in a managerial position of Institutional/Industrial Food Service, or Commercial Food Service
He should understand and be capable of administering proper procurement of food/supplies, storage, production, service, sanitation, customer relations, & internal accounting controls.
Must be able to demonstrate a full working knowledge of menu development, recipe controls, food production, and food production control sheets, cost allocation.
To ensure that the company’s objective relating to labor turnover is achieved or bettered.
To ensure subordinates are totally conversant with and practicing good industrial relations procedures.
To ensure that subordinates are totally conversant with and implementing all company policies and procedures.
To compile and agree meaningful, achievable budgets through accurate research and application of in-depth knowledge of the industry.
To ensure that complaints or problems are actioned without delay and that effective follow-up action takes place to avoid recurrence.
To ensure that the clients and company’s training objectives are achieved.
Prepare annual budgets and submit financial/operational reports on time.
Liaise with client/client representatives for suggestions/complaint/audits, and inspections
