Job Description: HR KPI Assessment Specialist
Position Summary:
The HR KPI Assessment Specialist is responsible for evaluating and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to human resources functions at Align Dental Care.
Work closely with HR stakeholders to identify, develop, and assess KPIs that align with the company’s strategic objectives and drive HR performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. KPI Development
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify and define relevant KPIs for different HR functions (e.g., recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, performance management).b. Conduct research and benchmarking to identify industry best practices and ensure the selected KPIs are aligned with industry standards.c. Develop clear and measurable KPI definitions, methodologies, and targets.
2. KPI Assessment and Analysis:
Collect and analyze HR data to assess the performance of established KPIs.b. Monitor and track KPI results on an ongoing basis, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.c. Provide regular reports and presentations to HR stakeholders, highlighting KPI performance and suggesting actionable insights.d. Conduct root cause analysis to identify factors impacting KPI performance and recommend appropriate interventions.
3. Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with HR teams to develop action plans and initiatives aimed at improving KPI performance.b. Provide guidance and support to HR stakeholders in implementing performance improvement strategies.c. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented interventions and adjust as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.d. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in HR metrics and KPIs, recommending adjustments to the KPI framework as needed.
4. Data Management and Systems
Ensure accurate and reliable data collection, storage, and analysis processes.b. Collaborate with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) teams to optimize data management systems and reporting capabilities.c. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulations.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with HR leaders and department heads to understand their specific KPI needs and align HR KPIs with organizational goals.b. Provide guidance and support to HR teams in implementing KPI tracking mechanisms and reporting processes.c. Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to KPI assessments.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, and KPI development.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, HRIS systems, data visualization tools).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
