Job Description

Overview:

Management of all Facets of HR with the company to achieve the goals of the company and more crucially, must have a great deal of expertise implementing critical projects for both the HR department and the Company as a whole.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, salary and benefits, employee relations, health and safety, events, and other general HR matters.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and plans in line with Sri Lanka labor laws.
  • Review, prepare, and update HR policies, SOPs, and workflows.
  • Align company’s business goals with HR initiatives.
  • Oversee HR procedures to ensure smooth company operations.
  • Translate business plans into people strategies and execute them.
  • Develop and implement people priorities in collaboration with department/group leaders.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative company culture by coaching executives and staff on HR issues.
  • Create, track, and measure HR metrics and KPIs, providing relevant reports and analytics to management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate superior as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience in a senior position.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology or HR Management.
  • Proficiency in various HR areas including but not limited to HR Admin, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experience in managing and implementing the entire employment cycle in a corporate or professional environment, such as a BPO.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Reliable and approachable with excellent coordination and communication skills to interact with all company stakeholders.
  • Current knowledge of the labor code and employment laws in Sri Lanka.
