Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Administrator plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to the HR department. The primary responsibility is to assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR function, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. The HR Administrator will handle various HR tasks, maintain employee records, assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, and support employee relations activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication.


HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment letters, and performance evaluations.

Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents such as offer letters, employment agreements, etc

Manage and update HR databases and systems to ensure data integrity and generate reports as required.

Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.

Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, collecting necessary paperwork, and setting up new employee profiles.

Employee Relations:

Support employee relations activities and recommending appropriate actions.

Provide support for employee actions, performance improvement plans, and all HR related processes.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Benefits and Leave Management:

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits.

Track and manage employee leave requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Compliance and Reporting:

Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

Prepare reports and assist in data analysis related to HR metrics, such as headcount, and etc.


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR support role.

Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.

Proficiency in HRIS software and other HR-related systems.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Prior experience in the IT industry is a must
