HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting the recruitment process
Assessing the training needs
Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department
Ensure office maintenance matters are timely handled
Assist with HR documentation & Personal file management
Support all HR and Administration projects and initiatives as assigned

REQUIREMENT

FCHRM, CCHRM, or equivalent
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary- Attractive salary in par with industry standards

Ability to join immediately would be an advantage
