Job Description

Job Duties

  • Analyzing and monitoring all the department’s budgets.  
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.  
  • Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.  
  • Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.  
  • Overseeing the employee’s termination process.  
  • Counseling employees as and when required.  
  • Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.  
  • Organizing events and conferences for the employees.  
  • Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.  
  • Maintaining and recording employee attendance.  
  • Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.  
  • Ensure recruitment and selection processes are adhered to and are completed in a timely manner (From advertising the job vacancies until placement of the candidate).
  • Arranging the induction and other relevant training and development programs for the staff.
  • Ability to perform overall HR duties such as handling employee re-designations/promotions, Contract Administration, preparing employees’ Job Descriptions, Employee Attendance and Leave Management and Payroll Administration etc.

Qualification

  • Should have followed a degree or any other professional qualification in HRM/Business Management.
  • Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A dynamic personality who is eager to take on challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Both oral and written form).
  • Proficiency in MS Office package.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the same setting.
  • Candidate who come with general HR background will be an added advantage. 
  • Experience in the health care sector will be an added advantage.   

Salary : Up to LKR.80,00 to LKR.130,00/=

Location : Negombo
