- Analyzing and monitoring all the department’s budgets.
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
- Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
- Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
- Overseeing the employee’s termination process.
- Counseling employees as and when required.
- Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
- Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
- Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.
- Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
- Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
- Ensure recruitment and selection processes are adhered to and are completed in a timely manner (From advertising the job vacancies until placement of the candidate).
- Arranging the induction and other relevant training and development programs for the staff.
- Ability to perform overall HR duties such as handling employee re-designations/promotions, Contract Administration, preparing employees’ Job Descriptions, Employee Attendance and Leave Management and Payroll Administration etc.
- Should have followed a degree or any other professional qualification in HRM/Business Management.
- Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A dynamic personality who is eager to take on challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Both oral and written form).
- Proficiency in MS Office package.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the same setting.
- Candidate who come with general HR background will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the health care sector will be an added advantage.
Salary : Up to LKR.80,00 to LKR.130,00/=
