The Job

• Handle the end-to-end internship recruitment process, maintaining the intern database.
• Coordinate the permanent cadre recruitment process by attending interviews, and maintaining the recruitment tracker.
• Contribute to the onboarding process of new hires by creating & sharing the welcome notes, coordinate the divisional induction schedules, and collaborate on internal communication.
• Assist the HR Partner on Performance Review, Training and Development, Employee Engagement and other day today activities pertaining to the assigned portfolios
• Support the divisional engagement by coordinating internal events, knowledge-sharing sessions and focused group discussions, and provide monthly dashboards.
• Maintain attrition reports and provide monthly dashboards for divisional heads.

The Person

• Degree in HR or Business Management/undergraduates with an interest in HR
• Strong communication skills
• Sound knowledge on Ms Office package
• Good team player
• Time management and adoptability
