The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policy development. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, who can effectively collaborate with both senior management and employees at all levels.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of high-quality candidates.
- Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and administer employee policies, procedures, and programs.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Proficient in HRIS systems.
