Job Description

The Role

The Training and Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning interventions within the company. He / She will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs, create engaging learning programs, and ensure the effective transfer of knowledge and skills to employees. This role will plays a critical role in supporting employee development and driving performance improvement throughout the organization.

  5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  6. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, training program development, and facilitation.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and related training needs is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and levels within the organization.
