Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements and configure our software to meet business needs.
  • Deliver online user training in English on the OrangeHRM software.
  • Prepared to work on the night shift supporting our US clients.
  • Engage with customers to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
  • Contribute to user guides and software documentation.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of the OrangeHRM offering and be confident in performing demonstrations.
  • Become a trusted advisor for our clients and advocate for their needs within OrangeHRM.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Prepare project plans, meeting minutes, status updates in order to effectively deliver projects.
  • Aid the sales organization in pre-sales activities to win new business.

Qualification / Experience Required

  • A Diploma or a Degree in Information Technology.
  • 2+ years of work experience in the software industry (preferably in customer-facing roles such as Implementation, Project Management, or Business Analysis).
  • Certificates or training in project management is an added advantage.

Required Skills

  • Dynamic, self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude and an outgoing personality.
  • Fluent oral and written communication in English.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office Suite.
  • A passion for helping people understand.
  • Domain knowledge in Human Resources Management would be an added advantage.
  • Effective organizational, time management, and planning skills.
