Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, network connectivity, and system configurations.
Respond to support requests via email, phone, or in person and ensure timely resolution within defined service level agreements.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Maintain accurate records of support incidents and resolutions using a ticketing system.
Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, and telecommunications systems.
Conduct regular system audits and implement proactive measures to ensure IT resource security, integrity, and availability.

Skills and Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related fields.
Proven 1+ years of work experience as an IT support engineer or in a similar role.
Prior experience in provisioning and monitoring a device fleet using Microsoft Intune.
Prior experience in working and supporting Microsoft Office 365 Product suite.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while ensuring attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of server administration, active directory, and group policy management.
Knowledge of cyber security principles and best practices.
