Experience: 3-5 years in a similar capacity
Responsibilities:
– Ownership and resolution of escalated cases
– Documentation of problem resolution
– Adherence to ITIL processes
– Diverse knowledge in Microsoft technologies
– Communication with remote teams
Requirements:
– Solid experience in complex infrastructure environments
– 3rd line support experience in a company with 500+ servers
– Ability to work across different divisions and IT functions
– Technical knowledge in Azure, Microsoft Server, Nutanix AHV, VMware ESX, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, Symantec AV & CommVault, Office 365, Microsoft SCCM, Intune, and SolarWinds
