Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Intern – Sales & Supply Chain that performs at a world-class level, displays impeccable attention to detail, and consistently delivers with excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

·        Maintain excellent customer/supplier database.

·        Sourcing and proposing new items.

·        Liaise with suppliers through email/telephone and coordinate with Finance team for payment arrangements.

·        Purchasing coordination: Raising POs in ERP, Requesting quotations, Price negotiations

·        Entering New Suppliers and item details to the system/reports.

·        Reporting – Monthly/ weekly reporting experience, forecasting reports.

·        Assisting in Promotion planning.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

·        Fresh Graduate or Final year Undergraduate in Sales & Supply Chain Management or any other related field.

. School Leavers are encouraged to apply.

·        Strong communication and organizational skills.

·        Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

·        Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Flexibility to be available on split shifts (SL and US time).
