We are looking for a Intern System Support Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Help design, implement, and maintain scalable and robust infrastructure systems to support the VizuaMatix’s operations.
2. Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and security of the infrastructure.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their infrastructure needs and provide solutions that align with business requirements.
5. Assist in conducting regular system audits to ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
6. Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and patch deployments.
7. Develop and maintain documentation, including system configuration, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree / undergraduate in IT, computer systems engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent work experience will also be considered.
2. Solid understanding of networking principles, protocols, and technologies.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex system issues.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Strong commitment to maintaining the highest levels of security and confidentiality.
7. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.
