We are on the lookout for a talented L2 Support Engineer to work remotely for a reputed US company. 

 

What you will be doing 

  • Respond to and resolve escalated technical support tickets in a timely manner. 
  • Perform in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of software and system issues. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement enhancements. 
  • Document and track support activities using a ticketing system or knowledge base. 
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and ensuring high customer satisfaction. 

What are we looking for 

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or technology-focused environment. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong knowledge in SQL 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software applications, databases, and operating systems. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field would be an added advantage
