Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketer with a passion for talent marketing and a strong understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. As the Marketing Executive – Talent Marketing & ESG, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to attract and engage top talent while promoting our organization’s commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in marketing, talent acquisition, and ESG initiatives, along with a creative mindset and strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Marketing:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive talent marketing strategies to attract and recruit high-quality candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and create compelling job descriptions, ensuring alignment with the organization’s brand and values.
  3. Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employer branding initiatives, to reach and engage potential candidates.
  4. Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP):

  1. Develop and enhance the organization’s employer brand, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, values, and commitment to ESG.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including blogs, videos, social media posts, and employee testimonials, to showcase the organization’s culture, initiatives, and impact.
  3. Identify and implement strategies to strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), highlighting the organization’s unique benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
  4. Work closely with HR and leadership to ensure consistency in employer branding and EVP across all talent touchpoints.

ESG Integration and Communication:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Sustainability, and Corporate Communications, to integrate ESG principles into marketing strategies and communications.
  2. Develop and implement ESG-focused marketing campaigns to raise awareness and promote the organization’s sustainability and social responsibility initiatives.
  3. Identify and highlight ESG-related achievements, milestones, and impact stories to showcase the organization’s commitment to ESG.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to ESG marketing, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement.

Talent Engagement and Retention:

  1. Support the development and execution of talent engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  2. Collaborate with HR and leadership to design and implement effective onboarding and employee retention programs.
  3. Develop and execute strategies to promote career development, mentorship, and internal mobility opportunities for employees.
  4. Monitor employee feedback through surveys and other channels, analyze data, and propose action plans to enhance talent engagement and retention efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing, talent acquisition, or related roles, with a focus on talent marketing and ESG.
  3. Solid understanding of marketing principles, employer branding, and talent acquisition strategies.
  4. Familiarity with ESG principles, sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB), and other relevant ESG-related standards.
  5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
  6. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns and content.
  7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations.
  8. Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  10. Passion for sustainability, social responsibility, and talent management practices.
