Whom we are looking for:
We are looking for a positive, well-disciplined professional who is ready to work with our Legal Support Team.
As a Legal Support Specialist, the candidate will be responsible for handling cases relating to U.S Immigration for our clients located in the U.S.
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure to complete all allocated cases within prescribed SLAs.
• Ensure timely progression of cases.
• Review documents received from clients.
• Maintain an excellent quality standard.
Job Requirements:
• High proficiency in English both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and to adjust self to demanding deadlines.
• Ability to work according to the U.S business calendar and working hours (Female 14.00 – 22.00 & Males 15.00-23.00)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop a good rapport with clients.
Qualifications Required:
• A bachelor’s degree (Management/Law/HR)
• Experience in the BPO Industry and or experience as a Legal Assistant with drafting skills will be an added advantage.
