Job Description

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow up on leads and identify potential prospects.
  • Build prospect relationships by initiating communications.
  • Graduate or Undergraduate in the field of Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
  • Prior experience in Courier and Logistics will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Good with Microsoft Office packages & Google Workplace.
  • Prior experience in a call center will be an added advantage.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
