Description

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. This includes overseeing the maintenance of all building systems, equipment, and facilities. The Maintenance Supervisor also ensures that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner and that all safety regulations are followed

Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance of all building systems, equipment, and facilities.
Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Follow all safety regulations.
Supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
Delegate tasks and provide guidance to technicians.
Conduct performance evaluations.
Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
Prepare budgets and reports.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
Experience in supervising a team of technicians.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
