Job Description

Manager – Digital Performance

Job Summary:

As aManager – Digital Performance at our leading agency, you will be responsible for optimizing and maximizing the performance of digital marketing campaigns. You will leverage your expertise in digital analytics, data analysis, and strategic insights to drive measurable results for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital performance strategies to drive maximum ROI for client campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Understand client objectives, flow of campaign, category trends, competitor strategy & drive optimization accordingly.
  • Lead biddable operations for client and effectively manage and mentor executive/s aligned on the same.
  • Optimization of campaigns in mediums such as FB, Instagram, YouTube, Google Search, Google Display, Twitter Etc.
  • Assisting client with data, analysis, recommendations & reporting
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, including key metrics, user behavior, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
  • Utilize advanced digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and other relevant platforms, to measure and track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to establish clear performance objectives, KPIs, and benchmarks for client campaigns, and continually monitor progress towards goals.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to optimize campaign targeting and messaging for maximum performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and advertising, and apply relevant knowledge to enhance campaign performance.
  • Identify opportunities for A/B testing and other experimentation methods to optimize campaign elements, including ad copy, landing pages, creative assets, and targeting parameters.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and developers, to ensure the implementation of best practices and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to clients based on data analysis and performance evaluation.
  • Stay informed about digital advertising platforms, algorithm changes, and policy updates to ensure compliance and optimize campaign performance accordingly.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role, preferably in an agency environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEM, display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with digital analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experience with optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and proactively.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing platforms, ad management systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
