Job Description

Manager – Global & Shared Support Center (SAP) – Meegoda

Global Support Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest level of stakeholder satisfaction is achieved through our partner-led support engagements. You will be accountable for the success of an assigned set of support stakeholders on a global level over organizational ERP-related operations.

Responsibilities

· Leading and managing the SAP centralized shared services operation.

· Facilitating different departmental SAP requests related to procurement, finance, supply chain, warehouse, sales etc.

· Organized and methodical with the ability to think strategically, while driving tactical program execution

· Influencing and communicating with all levels, departments and branch networks (global/local) of the organization in relevant to the service request facilitation and user support.

· Continues SAP related process optimization with global & operational best practices to get the best of the SAP system.

· Facilitating report requests through connected reporting tools and optimizing the organizational report structure.

· Implementing and managing the analytics teams to provide BI’s to relevant stakeholders and departments.

· Excellent understanding of the support business model including stakeholder support.

· Mining data for patterns, identifying and suggesting methods to drive case deflection and support efficiencies.

· Review open incidents, problems and enhancement requests communicating proper priority and direction to responsible teams to ensure a timely stakeholder satisfying requests.

· Ensure adherence to SLAs by closely monitoring timelines and performance metrics.

· Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on the ability to impact and influence people without direct line authority.

· Project management, and responsibility to involve all relevant stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

· SAP implementation and managing experience.

· Proven work experience as a people manager

· Leadership and management skills supporting globally distributed teams.

· Project management experience, preferably on worldwide initiatives

· Solid technical background with an ability to provide instructions to a non-technical audience.

· Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills

· Professional fluency in English language
