Job Description


·      Responsible for the Food and Beverage Ingredients division (B2B) at Hayleys Aventura.

·      Responsible for sector budget, Overheads, Operation profit, business development and admin functions.

·      Develop new customer base by taking innovative products/suppliers to the market and also improve the existing business with global established Food ingredients suppliers.  

·      Follow up payments, maintain stocks, do training/product introductions /R&D works/ and participate in business events.

·      Focus on CRM by giving the best-desired service to all levels. (Marketing and distribution).

·      Update visit reports, projects, innovations, market analysis, competitor activities, and business proposals to the management at monthly division meetings.


Degree in Food Science or related discipline

MBA/ CIM would be an added advantage

Min 4 years of B2B experience

Strong communication and presentation skills
