Urbanspace Interior Pvt Ltd is a subsidiary of Home Lands Holdings, specializing in creating exquisite and customized spaces for our clients. Urbanspace Interiors caters to both residential and commercial furniture and interior requirements. We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team in the role of Marketing and Admin Executive
•Attend to walk-in clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and assisting them in selecting furniture and accessories that meet their needs
•Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to promote our interior and furniture solutions.
•Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgetary constraints
•Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our products and services.
•Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
•Assist in administrative tasks, including generating reports, working with the ERP system, and client databases, preparing sales reports, and coordinating appointments and meetings.
•Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
•Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and emerging design concepts
•Previous experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or furniture industry.
•Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate.
•Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
•Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
•A passion for interior design, furniture, and creating exceptional spaces.
